We will have another meeting in January to get a final vote on the grandfathering issue.

Please look for an invite or Proxy form to have your voice heard.  The default if you don't vote is against.

MONTHLY HIGHLIGHTS: 

 Did you know short-term rentals are not allowed on the Lake? there is a $30  fine a day from the first day you list your rental until you remedy the situation.  Fines can be enforced by levy against your homes title.

KEEP OUR LAKE HEALTHY:  Do not discard trash and other items in your backyard. This lake survives on runoff and you're polluting it.  This is subject to fines and other legal penalties.

All boats must have lot numbers and no water crafts should be brought from other bodies of water and placed in our lake without appropriate cleaning and disinfecting.  See bylaws for restrictions on types and sizes of water crafts allowed.
